Link is a nonprofit organization built by the community, for the community.

Today, our primary mission is to support those whose lives have been devastated by war. We are dedicated to helping families torn apart and forced to flee, arriving in one of the world’s wealthiest nations with nothing but the clothes on their backs and no financial resources.

At Link, we are committed to providing a sustainable, livable lifestyle for Gazans seeking refuge and rebuilding their lives in Australia.
Together, we can make a difference.

Why did we start Link?

The median rent in Australia is currently over $500 per week, making it challenging for newly arrived Gazans to secure housing they can call home. Many of these individuals do not speak English and are unfamiliar with the requirements for renting a property in Australia.

At Link, we are committed to facilitating this transition by managing the legislative paperwork and financial complexities involved in establishing a home. Through our network of real estate agents and legal professionals, we alleviate the burden of securing housing and provide essential furniture and appliances to create a comfortable living environment. Understanding the immense trauma and loss many have experienced, we work on a case-by-case basis to address each family’s unique needs.

While our approach has proven successful, the growing number of applicants means we need the community’s support to continue providing these vital services.
Together, we can help those in need build new lives with dignity and security.
