Work and Development Order (WDO)
Link Australia is a registered sponsor organisation for a Work and Development Order (WDO) in NSW. A WDO lets you clear unpaid fines with Revenue NSW by completing approved volunteer work or activities through a registered sponsor organisation — instead of paying cash.
Who is eligible?
You may be eligible to complete volunteer work with us under a Work and Development Order if you are experiencing genuine financial hardship and have unpaid fines with Revenue NSW. This program is designed to support individuals doing it tough by offering an alternative to cash payment — through meaningful community service.
What to expect
- Volunteers generally contribute to our community programs, warehouse assistance, or events.
- All hours are tracked and reported to Revenue NSW.
- You must be reliable and committed to the hours you agree to.
- We’ll guide you through the paperwork to get your WDO approved.
